1. About Create Print Love

Create Print Love (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides personalised photo magnets, photo paper, and printed products through our website.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website and all use of our services.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Ordering & Acceptance

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct before checkout, including product selection, uploaded files, and shipping information.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed, printed, or dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order that contains content deemed unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate. Where possible, customers will be contacted prior to cancellation.
3. Custom Photo Magnet Orders

All photo magnet products are custom-made using the images or artwork you upload.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • you have the legal right to use the images or artwork provided
  • the content does not infringe any copyright or intellectual property rights
  • the content is lawful and appropriate

Create Print Love does not verify ownership of uploaded images and accepts no responsibility for claims arising from the use of submitted content.

We reserve the right to refuse to print content we reasonably believe is unlawful, offensive, or used without permission.
4. Image Quality, Cropping & Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving their images before placing an order.

This includes checking:

  • image quality
  • cropping and positioning
  • orientation
  • spelling
  • overall design

Images will be printed as supplied.

Please note:

  • screenshots, compressed, dark, blurry, or pixelated images may affect final print quality
  • colours may vary slightly between screens and printed products
  • final print quality depends on the quality of the files provided

If an image appears unsuitable for printing or requires significant adjustment, we will contact you before production where possible.
5. Print & Manufacturing Variations

Due to differences in screens, device displays, lighting, printers, inks, materials, and production processes, slight variations may occur.

This may include minor differences in:

  • colour
  • brightness
  • contrast
  • alignment
  • trimming

These are considered normal production variations and do not constitute a defect.
6. Production & Turnaround

Custom photo magnet orders are typically printed and dispatched within 2 business days.

During busy periods, production times may vary. Any significant delays will be communicated where possible.

Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
7. Bulk / Branded Orders

Bulk or branded magnet orders are quoted individually.

Pricing, artwork requirements, and production timeframes are confirmed prior to printing.

8. Photo Paper Orders

We carefully select and test our photo paper to support clean colour output, smooth feed, and a consistent finish when used with compatible inkjet printers.

Print performance can vary depending on:

  • printer model
  • ink type (dye or pigment)
  • printer and software settings
  • paper handling

Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds for:

  • colour differences caused by printer settings or calibration
  • incorrect printer settings
  • paper jams caused by printer feed issues
  • opened, printed, partially used, or used packs
  • change-of-mind purchases

If there is a genuine issue with your order, please contact us and we will review it.
9. Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch for photo magnets can take up to 2 business days.

For bulk magnet orders, dispatch can depend on volume.

For photo paper orders, dispatch is typically same business day if the order is placed before 12pm.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • tracking details will be provided where available
  • delivery timeframes are managed by third-party postal or courier services

Create Print Love is not responsible for shipping delays once the parcel has left our care.

If tracking confirms a parcel has been delivered, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.

We are also unable to issue refunds for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
10. Returns, Damages & Incorrect Orders

Due to the personalised nature of photo magnets and the consumable nature of photo paper, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • clear photos
  • a brief description of the issue

We will review the matter and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Our liability is limited to replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price where required.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) or New Zealand Dollars (NZD), depending on your selected store region.

Full payment is required prior to production and/or dispatch.

Prices may change without notice, however confirmed orders will not be affected.
12. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

Personal information is used only to process your order or communicate with you about your purchase.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
13. Social Media & Marketing Permission

During checkout, you may choose to give permission for us to share images or videos of your order on our website or social media platforms.

Personal details will never be shared.

If you initially consent and later change your mind, please contact us and we will respectfully accommodate your request.
14. File Storage

Create Print Love does not guarantee long-term storage of uploaded images or artwork.

Customers are responsible for keeping their original files.
15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The most current version will always be available on our website.
